The Lambert family Bible was passed down to my mother on the death of my grandfather Henry Buston. The Bible is the second of two volumes covering the books of the Old Testament from Isaiah and all of the New. It was printed in 1846 and has recorded on the front flyleaves details of births, marriages and deaths of Lamberts from 1754 to 1883 plus an entry in ballpoint by my mother ( for which she is forgiven! ) and which is shown below.
